Founder + CEO

Jason spent his career growing and scaling companies, starting with a digital agency and selling to WPP, then integrating and growing multiple acquisitions. He served on the executive team at Domo before, during, and after their IPO in 2018 before creating Wunderman Thompson. He has co-authored two books on digital performance and driving results. He loves swimming, cycling, boating, skiing, and exploring new adventures with his wife and three children.

Carrie brings 18+ years of founding, building, and scaling experience as a partner and president of an award-winning entertainment advertising agency. During this time, she discovered her passion for building up leaders and developing emerging talent. Carrie is now an Executive Coach, specializing in coaching female leaders, supporting creative executives, building team dynamics, and helping to develop authentic, emotionally intelligent leadership styles. Carrie’s favorite role is being the mother to her two children.

Serial Founder + CEO

Martin is an entrepreneur and multi-time CEO with experience in various business verticals. After practicing law for several years, Martin served as acting CFO and then CEO for several large medical practices, ultimately becoming Aldrich’s CEO and Managing Partner. After scaling that company, Martin founded Breakaway Bookkeeping & Advisory, which has expanded rapidly. He’s an avid cyclist and is passionate about helping other business owners grow.

Rob, a construction industry CEO and founder, took his last company from a few trucks in a backyard to a thriving construction business, which he scaled to a successful exit. He has experience leading and growing teams, developing a thriving culture, and managing strategic growth. Today, Rob enjoys coaching other construction CEOs to grow as leaders and investing in early-stage companies.

Kerry is a former founder and CEO who successfully sold her business and now runs North American operations for the global firm that acquired her company. As such, she has been both a CEO and a key executive. Kerry brings a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion work and is committed to helping clients find key insights that unlock opportunities for personal and professional growth, success, and satisfaction.

Thomas is a former founder and CEO of two technology and media businesses with successful exits. He currently serves as a strategic advisor for WPP’s largest agency for global top 30 clients. Thomas brings his peer groups a unique combination of entrepreneurial, international enterprise, and military leadership experience. Thomas serves his passion for holistic human performance as a coach helping athletes, entrepreneurs, and executives navigate adversity and build resilience.

Bonnie brings 15+ years of entrepreneurial experience. After her last company was acquired, she discovered her passion for coaching founders and leaders to develop habits that support their physical, mental, and emotional health. She’s a health coach and breathwork practitioner, and her holistic approach helps entrepreneurs build their companies without burning out. She also supports business development and marketing initiatives for mission-driven social enterprises.

Arthur is a seasoned entrepreneur and "Forbes 30 Under 30" CEO who built 3 profitable companies in the last 10 years. Passionate about health and wellness, he grew his latest company, Lambs, into a multi-million dollar brand in under a year and raised millions of dollars from renowned VCs. Outside of Lambs, Arthur is an angel investor in over a dozen startups and when not working, he loves skiing, swimming, outdoor adventures, and exploring new countries.
